Meetings take a lot of planning and organization to get all the elements to come together in the right way. If you’ve scheduled a speaker, you’ve undoubtedly checked on his or her track record to vet your talent properly. But sometimes, despite your best efforts, that speaker you counted on as a prime part of your event can become embroiled in a controversy that makes his or her presence less than desirable. What do you do then?
